Introducing Summize's AI Redlining functionality, as part of our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) software. Integrated into our Microsoft Word AI Assistant, to make contract reviews and redlining the simplest of tasks.

Summize’s Word AI contract review and redlining reduces manual review time by up to 85%. Without leaving Word, Summize AI reviews your contract against your playbook to identify compliant, failed and even missing clauses, offering a clear explanation for each assessment. Summize then automatically redlines the failed clauses, and recommends any missing clauses for you to accept, modify or decline.

Unlike other AI contract review software, the Summize solution does not replace entire sections of a clause with new content, but instead, specifically changes the words or phrases that need adjustment against the defined rules, allowing for truly trackable changes and protecting the integrity of the contract.
