We are excited to launch new solution enhancements on the heels of continued significant growth as we close our 2026 fiscal year, which ended June 30, 2026. We grew annual recurring revenue (ARR) by 75% from FY25 to 2026, with 70% of our business coming from the U.S.

Over the last three years, we have increased ARR by 245%. Our $50 million financing, announced earlier this year, continues to support product development, rapid customer expansion and team growth across the U.S. and UK. We increased our global headcount by 65% and opened a San Diego location to support our expanding customer base. We plan to continue hiring across our global offices, focusing on sales and product development, with a forecasted headcount growth of an additional 30% over the next 12 months.

Tom Dunlop, our CEO and co-founder, said, “Growth gives us the opportunity to invest more deeply in our customers, who are doing remarkable things with AI. We stay close, listen to how they work, and build around what they actually need. Legal holds some of the most valuable knowledge in any company, and when you free that knowledge from the weight of contract administration, legal can then drive the business.”

The number of new customers deploying our contract intelligence system grew by 40% last year across a range of industries, including midmarket software, business services, manufacturing and sports and entertainment organizations. New customers include leading organizations such as Kroenke Sports & Entertainment, Saviynt, Centric Software, Merlin Labs, Trintech, Southampton Football Club and Supermetrics. Our recent acquisition of key InnoLaw Group personnel and proprietary assets adds deep CLM and legal operations implementation expertise, as more companies require expanded contextual knowledge to deploy AI systems focused on user adoption.

We help organizations create, manage, and learn from every contract, turning them into actionable business intelligence. Our latest product updates include:

  • Summize Intelligent Agents (SIA) - Analytics Agent: The Summize data engine extracts more than 200 data points from each contract. It structures information across commercial categories, including liability, indemnities, term and renewal, and termination. Legal teams can then ask questions in natural language within the agents embedded in Outlook, Teams, Slack and Word for instant answers grounded in their standards and policies.
  • FromCounsel knowledge agents: We have partnered with UK legal knowledge provider FromCounsel to bring barrister-authored, continuously maintained guidance into specialized SIA agents covering UK commercial, corporate and employment law. FromCounsel, founded by Andrew Thornton KC, provides its corporate law knowledge service to more than 95% of leading UK corporate law firms. The collaboration gives in-house teams access to practical legal guidance within their existing contract workflows.
  • Summize Sign: The new embedded e-signature capability lets customers execute routine, standardized agreements directly within Summize, providing an alternative to the Docusign and Adobe Sign integrations. The e-signature feature allows customers to reduce costs and consolidate their technology, automatically returning signed documents and their audit trails to the customer’s contract repository.

Customer and Partner Recognition

Andrew Thornton KC, executive chairman of FromCounsel, said, “Summize understands that high-quality legal knowledge is most valuable when it is available in the context of the work being done. That made Summize a natural choice for us and created a sophisticated new way for in-house teams to apply our expertise.”

Lee Dorman, contracts administrator at Convey, said, “Summize is a cutting-edge CLM solution that has ticked every box - and then some - delivering everything we were looking for in a contract management platform. We needed a solution for our outdated and disorganized system, and Summize has significantly simplified our contract management process, allowing us to maximize our small team's efficiency and effectiveness.”

Claire Hampsch, legal operations specialist at TriNetX, said, “Summize has become a genuine partner in how we think about contract intelligence at TriNetX. Throughout the year, we've had the opportunity to take part in beta programs for new innovations, giving us early access to what's coming and the chance to share our perspective along the way and help shape the product. That collaborative approach is what stands out the most. It's clear the team genuinely values customer input, and we're excited to see what the next year brings as Summize continues to innovate.”
