2025 Northern Tech Awards winners

The awards cabinet for 2025 is looking very full here at Summize, and we’re thrilled to announce it’s just gained two more awards: 5th place in the GP Bullhound 2025 Northern Tech Awards Top 100, along with the prestigious Judges’ Innovation Award!

What are the Northern Tech Awards?

At Summize, we’re proud to call Manchester (UK) one of our two homes. As a UK founded business, we’re always pushing the value of northern businesses, especially businesses in tech. This is what the Northern Tech Awards celebrates!

This year marks the twelfth year of the awards and throughout the twelve years the awards have put the spotlight on tech companies across the north of England who are advocating and demonstrating innovation and excellence.

Each year, the awards marks 100 companies who the judges believe have shown testament to the Northern tech ecosystem’s innovation, resilience, and rapid growth.

Along with the Top 100 league table, individual awards are announced for categories such as the Fastest Growing Company of the year, the Judges’ Innovation Award and the Northern Star Entrepreneur Award.

2025’s winners and Summize’s wins

2025’s awards were hosted in Liverpool and welcomed over 250 CEOs, business leaders and tech companies.

The roster of nominated companies and tech solutions were second to none! Which is why at Summize, we couldn’t be more thrilled to announce that we’ve ranked 5th in the Top 100 league table!

Among good company such as UrbanChain (a platform connecting renewable energy generators), Utopia (smart building technology) and Vivify (a digital platform for schools), the top 10 places showed Northern tech businesses who are creating innovative solutions with a difference, and this can’t go unnoticed.

We’re a business of innovation, resilience and rapid growth. Our innovation spans across our CLM software with functionality that changes the way entire businesses get the most out of their contracts and contract processes.

Our 5th placed rank demonstrates our rapid growth and our whole team’s continuous determination for quality, adaptability and thinking differently to other solutions on the market.

But the celebrations don’t stop there!

Summize was also awarded the Judges’ Innovation Award! The Judge’s Innovation Award celebrates the company with the most innovative product, and we know we’re a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) business that is always pushing to innovate first.

We’re very thankful to the Northern Tech Awards and panel of judges for recognizing our successes throughout the past year, and also seeing the potential of our future successes too.

The Judges’ Innovation Award was presented at the perfect time, ahead of the launch of our new CLM functionality - Review Pro and SIA – two areas of our solution which are all about continuous innovation.
