The role

We are seeking a Senior Implementation Manager who will be based in our vibrant Boston office, to lead the successful deployment of our cutting-edge SaaS platform for enterprise clients. In this role, you will drive projects to completion using our sprint-based methodology, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless onboarding experiences that maximize customer success.

As a key player in our customer journey, you will manage complex projects, optimize implementation processes, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients—translating their business needs into actionable solutions. Key responsibilities:

Project Portfolio Management

  • Oversee multiple high-value projects for strategic customer accounts concurrently.
  • Maintain a clear view of all active implementations and ensure proper prioritization.

Risk Management & Issue Resolution

  • Monitor project deliverables and proactively identify risks before they impact timelines.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project escalations, ensuring swift resolution.
  • Develop contingency plans to mitigate potential roadblocks.

Cross-Team & Stakeholder Alignment

  • Ensure alignment across all teams involved in the project, both internal and external.
  • Collaborate closely with Legal Engineers and Customer Success Managers to successfully complete customer implementations and deliver value.

Process Improvement & Scalability

  • Contribute to scaling efforts by enhancing project management and delivery processes.
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement best practices to optimize future implementations.
  • Champion best practices within the team and drive knowledge-sharing initiatives.

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum 3+ years experience as a customer facing project manager or similar.
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related field; JD or equivalent preferred.
  • Proven experience in Legal Operations or Project Management within a tech or SaaS setting.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, accreditations such as PRINCE2 is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
