Meet our session's speakers

Megan Newman is a licensed California attorney and serves as Associate General Counsel at Vistage Worldwide, Inc. Vistage is the world’s largest CEO coaching and peer advisory organization for small and midsize business leaders with locations in 35 countries and over 45,000 members worldwide. Her experience includes international mergers and acquisitions and related company integration on both the buy and sell side; contract and international license agreement drafting, negotiating and review.

Tom Dunlop is CEO and Co-Founder of Summize. As a former General Counsel and accomplished commercial and technology lawyer, Tom's experience with reviewing contracts was the catalyst that led to Summize over eight years ago. Prior to this, he worked as a Global Legal Director for several fast-growth technology companies.
