The role
As a Senior Sales Development Representative at Summize your aim is to build a strong and consistent stream of high-quality new business pipeline within your assigned territory.
Using your sound knowledge of our company and business offering, you will research potential sales opportunities, and conduct high quality conversations with prospects through the phone (cold calling), email and LinkedIn Sales Nav.
You will track and qualify both inbound and outboundleads within our CRM system. This is a target-based role, meeting daily KPIs, and booking meetings with prospects. You will collaborate with the Account Managers and strive towards meeting team sales targets.


Key responsibilities:
As a Senior Sales Development Representative at Summize, you'll be at the forefront of our growth identifying, engaging and qualifying outbound prospects to build a strong pipeline for the sales team. You'll take ownership of your outreach strategy, using a mix of calls, emails and social selling to connect with the right people at the right time, and you'll be expected to go beyond the basics to craft personalised, insight-led messaging that resonates with senior stakeholders.
Although hitting your numbers is crucial you’ll also be motivated by raising the bar for those around you. Sharing what works, contributing to playbook development, and seeking out ways to improve at all times. You'll work closely with your Account Executive to ensure outbound efforts are aligned with broader commercial goals, and you'll bring the initiative and creativity needed to cut through in a competitive market.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in tech sales ideally with a focus on SaaS. Experience within a scale up or start up would be a bonus
- Strong business development experience, particularly new business
- Excellent communication skills as well relationship building ability and presentation skills.
- Motivated in a target driven environment with a determination to succeed
- Can demonstrate a positive outlook, resilience and the ability to motivate themselves and those around them.
