The role

The Summize marketing team is an ambitious and results-driven team, responsible for generating pipeline and revenue, building brand recognition and optimizing the customer and prospect experience. It’s an exciting opportunity to join the team as we enter the next phase of growth!

As the Growth Marketing Executive, you will work within our Marketing Operations pillar, where you will own and scale our paid media and digital advertising strategy, focusing on driving qualified leads and maximizing conversion rates. You’ll take charge of designing, executing, reporting on and optimizing high-impact campaigns, while continuously refining the marketing funnel to improve ROI and reduce customer acquisition costs.

Key responsibilities:

Paid Media Advertising:

  • Develop and manage paid media strategies across platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and display networks. 
  • Build and optimize PPC campaigns focused on generating high-quality leads that convert to opportunities – including landing page and ad testing and continuous optimization  
  • Continuously analyze campaign performance to refine targeting, bidding, and ad creative, making budget recommendations and sharing reports and analysis. 

Digital Campaigns:

  • Design and execute integrated digital campaigns including email campaigns and webinars that align with business goals around lead generation and thought leadership. 
  • Collaborate with the content team to develop ad assets, messaging, and landing pages tailored to target audiences. 
  • Launch and manage remarketing campaigns to re-engage prospects in the funnel. 

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

  • Optimize landing pages, website flows, and campaign funnels to maximize conversion rates across the website. 
  • Maintain and analyze website analytics, making recommendations for improvements. 
  • Use A/B testing tools to experiment with copy, design, and UX elements. 
  • Analyse user behavior and campaign data to identify areas for improvement. 

Performance Analytics:

  • Track and measure campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPA, CAC, ROAS, and lead conversion rates. 
  • Leverage analytics tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot to generate insights and actionable recommendations. 
  • Produce clear reports to communicate results and ROI to key stakeholders. 

Strategic Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure lead quality aligns with pipeline goals. 
  • Partner with content marketing to create compelling lead magnets, ad copy, and nurture emails. 
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team to highlight key features and differentiators in advertising efforts. 

What we’re looking for:

You may come from a specialist paid media or digital role, or a broader marketing role and you are looking to specialise your skills in this area. 

  • 2+ years of experience in paid media advertising, digital marketing, or performance marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment. 
  • Expertise in managing PPC campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads 
  • Hands-on experience with CRO tools and methodologies, including A/B testing. 
  • Proven track record of optimizing campaigns to achieve ROI and CAC goals. 
  • Proficiency with analytics platforms like Google Analytics or similar. 
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) is a plus. 
  • Strong understanding of SaaS marketing funnels and customer journeys. 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies. 
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
